We’re delighted you are ordering from us, just so there’s no confusion here’s a few quick key points for you to note;
Order Details & Delivery policy

2.1 In this policy we set out details of the delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to orders for our products made through our website or by telephone or email.
2.2 This policy is a legally binding document, and this policy shall form part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale.
2.3 We are delighted you are ordering from us and will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. To ensure there is no confusion when placing your order, please remember the following:
(a) as all our products are handcrafted with much love and care it will usually take 2-4 weeks to create the finished jewellery products and 5-7 days for handmade cards, if we have in stock we will send to you straight away. Please note that COVID is causing delays for us getting materials from our suppliers so we will let you know if the above dates change ;
(b) All order dates are from the date payment has been received. Please note the delivery date is the date your item(s) have been dispatched not the order date
(c) All orders are delivered by a tracked or signed for mail service using Royal Mail or currently due to COVID we will send via couriers (COVID dependant)
(d) we will contact you via email as soon as your order is finished and left the work bench;
(e) please get in touch if you require your product urgently for a special occasion and we will try our best to work with you;
(f) all of our jewellery products are packaged in a branded box and encased in a protective unbranded external case;
(g) if you wish to add a personal message to your gift, this is also available for free when adding the product to your cart.
(h)Your order will require a signature on arrival so unfortunately we unfortunately cannot deliver to PO BOXES.
Lastly, for bespoke commissions please email us and we would be delighted to discuss your project further.
3. Geographical limitations
3.1 We will usually be able to deliver to the following countries and territories: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Please note at the moment we are temporarily only shipping website direct orders to the UK. Please contact us via email if you are wanting an EU or Rest of the world delivery and we can discuss individual requirements.
3.2 We may from time to time agree to deliver products to other countries and territories. Please contact us for details and we will try and accommodate.
4. Delivery methods and periods
4.1 The methods that we use to deliver our products, and the time periods within which delivery is usually completed, are as follows:
(a) if your delivery address is in the United Kingdom, usually you will be able to select Royal Mail Guaranteed Special Delivery (for items up to £150) and the typical period for delivery of products by this method is the next day (Mon-Friday by 1pm) Guaranteed Special Delivery. However please note currently due to COVID we are sending parcels via couriers and this usually takes 2-4 days but please be aware this is not something we are able to guarantee but we will have tracked information.
4.2 If you place your order by 4pm GMT/BST on a working day, these time periods run from the close of business on that day; if you place your order after 4pm GMT/BST on a working day, or on a non-working day, these time periods run from the close of business on the next following working day. A working day is classed as Monday to Friday.
4.3 The delivery periods set out in this Section 4 are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.
5. Delivery charges
5.1 Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process, or alternatively quoted by us.
5.2 Applicable delivery charges will depend upon the order and the location of the delivery address.
5.3 Please contact us for an estimated delivery charge if ordering multiple items as we may be able to offer multiple order discount depending on the specific order.
UK Delivery Charges
CURRENTLY .....All single UK orders over £10 have FREE delivery (Mon-Fri, small parcel under 750g). This include multiple items ONLY if on the same bill, i.e. ordered at the same time.
Greeting cards under £10 will be charged at Royal Mail 1st class large letter £1.29 (up to 750g)
Usually all single UK jewellery orders are delivered by Royal Mail Special Guaranteed cost £7.25 per order, (Mon-Fri, small parcel up to 500g) This includes multiple items ONLY if on the same bill, i.e. ordered at the same time. However please note currently due to COVID we are currently sending parcels via couriers and costs £5.00 (under 2KG) but do take longer (approximately 2-5 days)
Usually delivery estimated times for the above are next day special delivery and please note we do not do Special Delivery Saturdays (Monday - Friday delivery only). However please note that at current we are delivering during COVID via Couriers**
Notes:
* Please note as all mail that is sent through the Royal Mail/Couriers we cannot be responsible if there are any delays on their behalf.
** Please note the delivery date is the date your item(s) have been dispatched not the order date to be created
** Please note due to COVID we cannot guarantee timescales although the couriers we use usually take between 2-5 days across the UK from collection of the item
EU & International Delivery Charges
Please contact us for EU & International orders & deliveries and we can advise you of individual countries and timescales.
6. Delivery tracking
6.1 Delivery tracking is available in respect of all orders for our products.
7. Receipt and signature
7.1 All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.
7.2 Our delivery service provider (Royal Mail ) should notify you of attempting to make a delivery requiring signature.
8. Collection
9.1 If your products remain undelivered the delivery service provider will usually leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection.
10. Delivery problems
10.1 If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details that we publish on our website or otherwise notify to you.
10.2 If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).
10.3 An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
(a) you provided the wrong address for delivery;
(b) there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
(c) the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
(d) the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
(e) if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or
(f) if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
g) A PO Box was provided as this is not eligible for delivery

If you are sending a gift and wish to add a gift note for free this is also available for free when adding to your cart.
