2.0 Introduction
2.1 We always hope that you will love the design and quality of the product you have purchased, however, we understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
2.2 We have created this policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
2.3 This policy shall apply to all of our customers, irrespective of their geographical location.
2.4 This policy shall apply to all orders submitted through our website.
2.5 This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
3.0 Returns
3.1 If you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund (we do not offer exchanges) in accordance with this policy if:
(a) we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date you received the product;
(b) the returned product is unused, unworn, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(c) you comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product; and
(d) none of the exclusions set out in this policy apply.
(e) Earring are returned with Hygiene seals unbroken, tampered with or removed
3.2 We will repair or refund faulty products returned to us within 30 days of the date you received the product.
3.3 Please note sale items are non-returnable, only regular priced items
3.4 Unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange on items but can offer a refund if the item is returned undamaged and in its original packaging with 14 days so that you are able to re-order an alternative product.
3.5 Returns received outside of the above stated timelines are only accepted at the discretion of Atlantic DESIGN Studio
4.0 Returns procedure
4.1 In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must email [email protected] for a returns form and then send the product to us with the completed returns form in the format as outlined above.
4.2 Products returned under this policy must be sent by Royal Mail Signed for delivery to Atlantic DESIGN Studio
4.3 You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
4.4 All refunds require proof of purchase
4.5 Any return received without a Return Form will cause a delay in your refund being processed, and may be returned to the sender.
4.6 Atlantic DESIGN Studio does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, or any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These remain the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all products are returned in suitable outer protective packaging.
5.0 Exclusions
5.1 The following types of product may not be returned under this policy:
(a) Any product made to your specification;
(b) Any product made to order; any bespoke commissions, personalised gifts and designs or alterations are exempt from this refund policy
(c) Any product personalised or adapted for you; or
(d) We also cannot accept visibly worn or damaged goods.
6.0 Refunds
6.1 We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.
6.2 We will refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.
6.3 We will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to us unless the product is faulty.
6.4 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
6.5 We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product. We will not accept responsibility for any delay caused by your banking provider.
7.0 Improper returns
7.1 If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund in respect of that product:
(a) we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
8.0 Faulty Goods
8.1 We will repair goods up to 30 days after the purchase date
8.2 Please note the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and is advised to send via insured and tracked post. Please contact us before sending an item for repairing at [email protected]
8.3 If you prefer a refund and we confirm the item is faulty upon inspection we are more than happy to arrange within the time scales already stated in the above section (refunds and returns
